ABOUT US

Collective Aṣẹ ignites Black liberation by building sovereign, self-regenerating ecosystems where power is reclaimed and shared, resources flow equitably, and Black communities can thrive in care, collective freedom, and joy.

Through our Sacred Reciprocity Model, we are actively building tangible pathways to freedom. We are seeing what happens when space is cleared for Black joy and sovereignty to take root. Because of this work:

*9 Black leaders have received unrestricted mutual aid

*1 organization received funding to cover legal costs and infrastructure

*6 members are receiving business resources through our Sacred Reciprocity model

Our model uses a three-pronged approach:

~Financial Engine: Sovereign Capital

~Intellectual Engine: Brain Trust & Skill-Sharing

~Human Engine: Wellness, Healing, and Support

Collective Care Initiatives

Supporting community wellness through shared resources and mutual aid efforts.

Resource Redistribution

Ensuring equitable access to resources for Black communities through just redistribution practices.

Community-Centered Systems

Every dollar, every hour, and every resource we pool together goes directly into ensuring our communities have the tools to govern, regenerate, and protect themselves.

Building self-regenerative systems that prioritize the needs and voices of our community.

OUR APPROACH

COLLECTIVE OF OVER 10 BLACK-LED ORGANIZATIONS...AND EXPANDING

No one grants us liberation—we build it ourselves. And we are building it together.

Community Projects

Empowering black communities through collective care and resource redistribution.

Mutual Aid

We stand firm in our conviction: our mutual aid initiatives focus on supporting black individuals and families, fostering resilience and self-determination through shared resources and community-driven solutions. Through mutual aid, transformative justice, cultural preservation, and economic justice, we are building a future where Black people lead, heal, and thrive.

Collective Care

We prioritize collective care practices that nurture well-being, promote healing, and strengthen bonds within our community, ensuring everyone has access to the support they need to thrive.
